Q. What is the deposit I'm required to pay when I book my wedding?

A. A deposit of £150.00 is required on booking.

Q. When is full payment required?

A. No later that 4 weeks before the wedding.

Q. If I book a cheaper package can I change my mind and add anything else?

A. Of course, we will provide anything you require.

Q. If it rains on the wedding day can photo's be taken inside?

A. Of course, we have a range of equipment to do this. This is England, we expect it to rain.

Q. Do you have back-up equipment?

A. We have back-up for our back-up equipment.

Q. Do you use a contract?

A. Yes, it protects both sides. You know what you will recieve and we know what we need to provide.

Q. What equipment do you use?

A. We only use Nikon Professional equipment.

Q. Are we involved in the process and final selection of prints?

A. You are consulted all the way through the process.

Q. What format will my slideshow come in?

A. We can deliver it to you in DVD, Blue Ray DVD, CD, AVI and Video plus a range of other formats. We can even upload it to You Tube for friends and family around the world if required.

Q. When will I receive my Album and DVD?

A. We am to deliver these within three weeks of you choosing your photographs.

Q. Can you remove any blemishes if I get any on my big day?

A. You have no idea how many times we are asked this. We do all kinds of "Air Brush" work. Why let a blemish ruin the photographs of your big day? Blemishes can be removed with ease.

Q. Are you approachable to any suggestions we may have?

A. We haven’t eaten anyone yet. Your big day is YOUR BIG DAY; we try to make it as memorable as possible for the right reasons.
